Each patch from 2010 onward is a row of unit icons coloured by whether they were buffed, nerfed or changed, split by race. You scroll down through the years and can see at a glance which races got the most changes.

The page doesn't mention how it was built; the maker says in his HN post it was nearly pure AI-assisted coding. Needs some StarCraft knowledge to get the most from it.
